I HONESTLY DID NOT REALISE UNTIL THIS MINUTE THAT I HAVE NOT POSTED FOR A YEAR ALMOST. WAIT WHAAAAATTTTT?
Well! #Reality hitting hard.
Anyway, getting back to my drill now. Today let's talk about making some Ragi chips at home. Why am I doing this? Because of health health health!

Ingredients list? Pretty much everything and pretty much nothing! I went around my home and kept on adding anything that would give me the crunchy and spicy feeling to the chips.
I am shooting it here!
Ingredients:
Ragi Flour (wasn't that obvious?)
Besan
Suji
Rice Flour
Curd (You dare not forget this because otherwise, you will complain about baking bricks and not chips)
Cooking Oil
Your choice of masalas (preferred- chilly powder, Haldi, Ajwain, Jeera, Kali Mirch, Aamchur, Kitchen King Masala).
Ginger-garlic paste (or as Instagrammers call it "The GG Paste")
Airfryer (Thanks to my sis-in-law Apurva for this).
How to prepare?
Listen, dump everything in a bowl and make dough out of it! In whatever quantity you feel like! Goal: The dough should be as hard as possible and still make-able in chips. Can use warm water if need be.
The toughest part? Roll the dough into chips. Making the dough was 5 minutes thing and rolling it into chips was 2 hours task.
Then? Then what - dump it all in air fryer at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (make sure you don't burn it, I did end up burning one batch since I was on call with my Aunt).
Are we done here? Yes! It's done!
This is the easiest healthiest snack that exists!
#Runs to have one quickly!
I promise more stories are coming up soon!!
