Chia Seeds Pudding

Having sugary cravings while on periods and yet don't want to eat sugar? Resort to this awesomeness!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of chia seeds or sabja seeds
Half a cup of oats milk
One scoop of protein powder
One cup soaked dry fruits and nuts of your choice (I chose almonds, walnuts, figs, raisins and cashews)
One cup frozen fruits of your choice (I chose litchee and blackberries)
Half cup fruit and nuts muesli
How to prepare:
Soak the chia seeds or sabja seeds over night in the oats milk. It will grow in size by morning.
Take some water and mix protein powder in it and make a gooey paste of it.
Take a glass mug and first layer it with soaked chia seeds and then add the protein powder mixture.
Add the frozen fruits on top and then add the soaked dry fruits to it.
Repeat the process once again.
Sprinkle the muesli on top and DIG IN (Don't forget to take a picture of the loaded mug)
This is the best breakfast during heated summer when one does not wish to enter the heated kitchen and stand next to stove to cook. Its filling and full of fibre and protein. You can also add homemade peanut butter to it.
