Chimichangas are the one of the easiest, tastiest and the go-to dish for every chocolate lover. When I first had it, I was impressed with its crunchiness, taste and fulfillment to my sugar cravings. So, lets see how this mexican dessert can be made within minutes at home. The recipe below makes two chimichangas. You can multiply the quantity as per your need.

Ingredients:
Half cup all purpose flour.
Two tablespoons of finely ground sugar.
Two tablespoons of finely ground cinnamon powder.
A tablespoon of edible non aromatic oil.
Cut pieces of banana and mango.
Two tablespoons of chocolate Nutella.
Butter for cooking.
Salt to taste.
How to prepare:
Take the all purpose flour in a bowl. Add pinch of salt to it. Using hot water knead a soft dough. Drizzle with oil and cover it with wet cloth.
Take a ball of dough and roll it into very thin tortillas. Put it up on hot gridle and cook it from both the sides properly.
Once cooked, take the tortilla to a plate and spread nutella all over it. Put the cut pieces of fruits as per your liking.
Carefully folding the corners, fold the entire tortilla into a pocket. Use water to seal the ends of the tortilla pockets.
Put some butter on the hot gridle. Put the filled tortillas on it and cook it from both the sides till they turn crispy and golden brown. Butter must be applied generously as it gives indulgent taste to our chimichangas.
Once done, take down the tortillas (or chimichangas) to the serving plate. Take a strainer and put the cinnamon powder and powdered sugar in it. Sprinkle on the chimichangas by tapping the strainer.
Serve hot with side of cut pieces of fruits.
This is one of the easiest and tastiest dessert I came across which does not require any oven or pre planning. Get your things in place and within minutes its done. Kids will love it as it is loaded with chocolate. So give it a try!!!
Happy Chiming!!!
