Fruit Salad

I recently tried my hands on a fruit salad. No, not the one made with condensed milk and vanilla ice cream. I tried the completely guilt-free happy version of it. Let's find out how. You can have this as the 4 pm craving solution.

Ingredients:

Half cup cut fruits of your choice (I took one apple)

1 packet of greek yogurt (flavor as per your liking)

2 pellets of stevia (if you wish to make it a bit sweeter)

Half-cup cut paneer (can be homemade or store-bought)

Half a cup of nuts and dried fruits of your choice (I took walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and some cashews)

Any kind of food flavoring (I took vanilla)

3-4 digestive biscuits


How to prepare:

  1. It's a simple 2 step process. Take the paneer, add to it mixer, and add the greek yogurt, stevia, and vanilla essence to it. Run the mixer till everything is well combined. Do it for a max of a minute.

  2. Now do the layering in a mug or a bowl. Put crushed biscuits in the bottom. Add the yogurt mix, add fruits and then repeat the process. Once the mug is full, top it with nuts and dried fruits.

Tada! Your guilt-free fruit salad is ready. It's instant, has no hassle, and is very tasty.
