Vegan Cheesy Dip

Cheese is one thing that I can't resist but unfortunately, we all know how big a calorie bomb it is. Hence, here is a vegan guilt-free cheesy dip that you can use as a side dip in Nachos, Pita Breads, Sandwiches, and Burgers.

Ingredients:
A cup of cashews.
Half tablespoon of lemon zest.
Half tablespoon of lemon juice.
A tablespoon of chili flakes.
2-3 cloves of peeled garlic.
Black pepper.
Himalayan pink salt.
Dried oregano leaves for garnishing.
How to prepare:
Soak the cashews in lukewarm water for 30- 45 minutes.
In a food processor, put in these soaked cashews and add the lemon juice and lemon zest to it. Grind it well smoothly.
Once done, add chili flakes to it and peeled garlic. Put in salt and pepper to taste.
Run the grinder to form a smooth paste. If you find it very thick, add some water to it.
This makes your vegan cheesy dip ready to be served. Garnish it with oregano leaves.
This cheesy dip can be served with many side accompaniments like chips, biscuits, cookies to name a few.
This dip is very healthy and guilt-free. Next time when you get some baked nachos, do prepare this dip to have a tasty evening snack.
